How to Play Skribbl.io
Each round of Skribbl.io, one player is chosen as the artist who gets to draw. That player picks from three word options and gets to work while everyone else types their guesses into the chat box. Depending on how you draw, you can get voted up or down. The guesses of other players in the room are only as good as your depiction.
You have a wonderful palette to work with, filled with colors to choose from. You can write on the board, but it is frowned upon, and often players will vote you down when you do.
When it’s your turn to guess, the faster you guess correctly, the more points you earn. The drawer earns points too, based on how many people successfully guess their word. At the top of the screen, the mystery word is shown as blank lines, so you know how many letters you're looking for. If nobody guesses the word before the timer runs out, no points are awarded for that round. After all rounds are complete, the player with the most points wins.
In private rooms, you can customize the experience pretty freely, adjusting the number of rounds, drawing time, language, and even adding your own custom word lists.
